Achievement: SBBSU NCC Cadet LCPL Khushi Wins Silver Medal at National-Level Thal Sainik Camp in Delhi on 12/09/2026

Sant Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU) takes immense pride in the remarkable achievement of NCC Cadet LCPL Khushi, who secured a Silver Medal at the All-India level at the prestigious Thal Sainik Camp (TSC), Delhi.
Competing alongside NCC cadets from across the country, Khushi demonstrated exceptional discipline, dedication, determination and excellence, bringing great honour to the University and its NCC Unit.
The Vice Chancellor congratulated LCPL Khushi on her outstanding achievement and appreciated her commitment and hard work. NCC CTO Dr. Mohan Lal also extended his heartfelt congratulations and expressed pride in her national-level accomplishment.
Khushi’s achievement stands as an inspiring example of the University’s commitment to discipline, leadership, holistic development and excellence beyond the classroom. Her success will motivate fellow NCC cadets and students to pursue opportunities at the national level with confidence and dedication.

Achievement: NCC Cadets Participate in All India Trekking Expedition 18–25 May 2026
It is a matter of pride for Sant Baba Bhag Singh University that its NCC Cadets Arman and Dikshant participated in the All India Trekking Expedition 2026 held at Rampur, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, from 18 May to 25 May 2026.
The expedition provided the cadets with valuable exposure to adventure activities, trekking, discipline, leadership, teamwork and endurance. Their participation in this national-level NCC activity reflects their enthusiasm, dedication and commitment towards NCC.
The University congratulates Cadets Arman and Dikshant for successfully participating in the expedition and wishes them continued success in their future NCC endeavours.

Achievement: NCC Cadet Selected for Republic Day Camp 2026
It is a matter of great pride for Sant Baba Bhag Singh University that its NCC Cadet Pankaj Kumar was selected for the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026 in New Delhi. He successfully completed the month-long training and participated in the Republic Day Parade, proudly representing the University. The RDC provided him with valuable exposure to discipline, leadership, teamwork and national service. His selection and participation in this prestigious national-level event is a significant achievement for the University and an inspiration for other NCC cadets. The University congratulates Cadet Pankaj Kumar on this remarkable achievement and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

Achievement: All India Trekking Expedition, Gujrat from 27-11-2023 to 05-12-2023.
Four cadets of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar attended the Trekking Camp at Rajpipla, Gujarat from 27-11-2023 to 05-12-2023. The Tracking camp is unique in its nature and mission. It is a National level camp for Army Wing cadets. 17 NCC Directorate representing all the States and Union Territories of the country. The cadets participate in the camp and take part in the adventurous activities like mountain trekking and expeditions trekking, camel safari etc. Adventure based activities develop the passion, leadership skills and enhance character qualities of cadets. The aim of Camp is to give an exposure to the salient feature of Army Training, generating healthy competitive spirit and fostering a sense of discipline, leadership and national integration amongst the cadets.

Achievement: Three cadets of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University attended Thal Sainik Camp at New Delhi from 14-09-2022 to 25-09-2022.
Thal Sainik Camp is unique in its own way by being a National level camp for Army Wing cadets. 17 NCC Directorate representing all the States and Union Territories of the country.The cadets participate in the camp, take part in the various competitions like Obstacle Training, Map Reading and other Institutional Training Competitions for ten days. The aim of Thal Sainik Camp is to give an exposure to the salient feature of Army Training, generating healthy competitive spirit and fostering a sense of discipline, leadership and national integration amongst the cadets.
