At Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, we place immense importance on fairness, justice, and the protection of student rights. As the Ombudsperson, my primary role is to act as an impartial authority for addressing student grievances and ensuring that institutional processes are both transparent and equitable.
An ombudsperson serves as a vital bridge between students and administration, safeguarding the principles of natural justice and due process. We are committed to creating an environment where students feel heard, respected, and supported in raising concerns related to academic, administrative, or behavioral matters.
I believe that a healthy academic atmosphere is one where trust, mutual respect, and effective communication prevail. The Ombudsperson's office functions independently, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality in the grievance resolution process. Our aim is to guide all parties toward amicable and fair solutions while upholding the university's values.
