The program is designed in such a manner so as to inculcate expertise and knowledge (both theoretical & practical) that will lead to creation of prospective chefs in the hotel industry

Programme Outcome:

• Develop hands-on skills in serving and handling guests needs, knowledge of national and international food and beverage trends and menu engineering.
• Develop skills and attitude for effective Guest services management.
• To familiarize students with the practical aspects of the hospitality industry and the strategic management issues involved in operating Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Liners, Restaurants and CateringOrganizations.

• Receive prospectus from the University campus on payment of Rupees 1000/- (Cash or Demand draft in the name of SBBS University)
• Fill the application form given in the prospectus.
• Attach self-attested copies of the documents.
• Submit the completed Admission Form to SBBSU admission desk.
• Admission desk will check the eligibility of the students.
• Deposit requisite fee as mentioned in the prospectus only if eligible.
