The Department of Natural Sciences established in the year 2015, transformed itself into the Department of Life Sciences, Allied Health Science & Agriculture Sciences, under UIS. Department is actively involved in teaching and research. It offers various programmes and courses at the undergraduate (UG), post-graduate (PG) and doctorate levels in the fields of Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Medical Lab Sciences, Radiology, Physiotherapy . The essence of the department is its state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly qualified, well-experienced, dedicated, and enriched faculty members with expertise in diverse fields that provides an excellent environment for the academic and intellectual growth of the learners. Apart from the academic curriculum, students are incessantly encouraged to participate in seminars, conferences, and cultural and sports activities & outreach activity. Our students are well-placed and also get selected to pursue research or studies at institutes of international repute. This department endeavours not only to produce excellent academic results but also to produce entrepreneurs and skilled professionals.
