It is with immense pleasure that I address you on behalf of the Office of Alumni and Extension Activities. Our fundamental purpose is to cultivate and sustain the symbiotic relationship between Sant Baba Bhag Singh University and its accomplished alumni network, concurrently fostering meaningful engagement with the broader community. The office of Alumni and Extension Activities is charged with the strategic orchestration of University’s events and the diligent formulation of policies designed to optimize the deployment of our collective resources. - Fundraising: Systematically leveraging our extensive alumni networks to generate vital financial resources for the institution through both philanthropic contributions and strategic sponsorships, thereby underpinning critical programs and initiatives.
- Community Engagement through Extension Activities: Meticulously planning and executing impactful community outreach programs, including bespoke service-learning initiatives, the forging of strategic partnerships with local organizations, and the development of projects designed to address pressing community needs.
- Student Engagement: Proactively integrating our students into various extension activities, thereby enriching their experiential learning and instilling a robust commitment to civic responsibility.
- Collaboration: Working seamlessly with faculty, staff, and other departmental units across the institution to comprehensively integrate alumni and community engagement into the core mission and strategic objectives of our institution.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Implementing rigorous methodologies for monitoring and evaluating the efficacy of all alumni and extension activities, and providing transparent reports on their impact to all relevant stakeholders.
