As the Deputy Director, Student Welfare (Boys), my primary commitment is to contribute towards creating a safe, supportive, inclusive and enriching university experience for every student. The Student Welfare Office will serve as an accessible platform where students can freely share their concerns, seek guidance and receive appropriate support.

The focus will be on listening to students, understanding their concerns and facilitating timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned University authorities. Genuine grievances will be handled with fairness, sensitivity, confidentiality and due diligence.

The office will also actively promote student engagement and holistic development through academic, cultural, sports, technical, social and co-curricular activities. Special emphasis will be given to strengthening student clubs and societies, encouraging leadership opportunities, recognizing student achievements, and creating platforms where students can showcase their talents, ideas and innovations.

Regular interaction with students will be encouraged to understand their needs, identify emerging issues and develop initiatives that can enhance their overall campus experience. The office will work proactively—not merely to resolve problems, but also to create opportunities for students to learn, participate, lead and grow.
