Youth Welfare services at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University plays a pivotal role in fostering the holistic development of students. Since its establishment, it has remained committed to nurturing young minds and promoting balanced intellectual, cultural, and personal growth in alignment with the University’s vision of excellence and value-based education.
The department serves as a dynamic platform that encourages students to explore their talents beyond academics. By organizing structured co-curricular and extracurricular activities, it aims to develop leadership qualities, creativity, confidence, teamwork, and a sense of social responsibility among students.
Throughout the academic year, Youth Welfare organizes a wide spectrum of programs, including Youth Leadership Training Camps, Hiking, Trekking and Rock Climbing Camps, Youth and Heritage Festivals, State Youth Festivals, North Zone Inter-University Youth Festival, All India Open National Youth Festival, and the prestigious All India Inter-University National Youth Festival.
The enthusiastic participation of students in these activities reflects the vibrant campus culture of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. Through its continuous efforts, Youth Welfare services significantly contributes to shaping confident, culturally aware, and socially responsible individuals prepared to excel in diverse fields.
