MY STORY: MOTIVATIONAL EXPERT SESSION

A Motivational Expert Session was organized by the Fashion Designing Department under the academic guidance and support of the Dean of the Department, Dr. Aneet Kumar. The session was led by Ms. Sumita Chib (Founder of Rubi Candles), whose objective was to inspire students and enhance their personal as well as professional growth.

The primary aim of the session was to foster positive thinking, build confidence, and encourage students to set meaningful goals in life. The resource person shared valuable insights on self-discipline, leadership, time management, and overcoming challenges. Through interactive activities and real-life examples, she guided students to understand the importance of determination, hard work, and maintaining a never-give-up attitude.

The session proved to be highly engaging and beneficial, motivating students to strive for excellence in both academic and personal pursuits.

Objectives of the Event

• To inspire students to develop a positive mindset and overcome personal and academic challenges.
• To enhance self-confidence and encourage participants to believe in their abilities.
• To promote goal-setting skills and guide students in planning their future effectively.
• To develop leadership qualities and strengthen decision-making skills.

The session encouraged participants to reflect on their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and adopt a more disciplined and focused approach towards their academic and personal goals. Students actively engaged in the interactive activities and responded enthusiastically to the motivational insights shared by the speaker.

The Motivational Expert Session proved to be highly impactful and enriching for all participants.
