• Push-up competitions can serve as a platform to raise awareness about the importance of regular exercise, strength training, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Physical Fitness Assessment
• Friendly Competition and Team Building
• Health and Wellness Promotion

• The Dynamic Drillers Club, Electrical Engineering Department, UIET, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU), Jalandhar, organized push Competition-2023, on 14th November, 2023.
• A total of 07 students participated in this competition.
• The winner of the push up competition was Rohit Saini (Registration No.: 22006003) of B. Tech EE 3rd Sem.
