Intramural Tug of War

The Physical Education Department of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University hosted the Tug of War Intramural this year on August 21, 2023. Students from the Physical Education Department were divided into four houses for these. The inauguration of Tug of War was done by Dr. Vijay Dhir, Registrar SBBSU. The first match was played between Sahibzada Ajit Singh house and Sahibzada Fateh Singh house and Sahibzada Ajit Singh house won this match by 2-0. Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house defeated Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house in the second match with 2-0. The third match was won by Sahibzada Fateh Singh house by 2-1 over Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house and got third position. Finally, the final match was played in Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house and Sahibzada Ajit Singh house, in which Sahibzada Ajit Singh house came in first place and Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house came in second place and scoring was 2-1.
At the end of the match Dr. Amarjeet Singh HoD Physical Edu proposed a formal vote of thanks to the worthy Chief Guest, Dr. Vijay Dhir, Registrar SBBSU and all faculty members of Physical Education Department. He also congratulated the conveners of this event, Dr. Surinder Kaur, Associate Professor and Mr. Ajaiz Bashir, Assistant Professor and Incharge intramural Dr. K.P.S Mahi for successfully organizing the event Tug of War.
