77th Independence Day 2023

Department of Physical Education of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar, organized Happy 77th Independence Day celebration under the heavenly blessings of Honourable Chancellor, Sant Baba Dilawar Singh (Brahm Ji), and the benign endorsement of our Chancellor Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji and under the supervision of worthy Vice Chancellor, Dr. Dharamjit Singh Parmar on 15th August 2023. This was inaugurated by Dr. Vijay Dhir Registrar SBBSU. During the celebration Dr. K.P.S Mahi Associate Professor, Mr. Sharanpreet Singh Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education conducted the activities.
Dr. K.P.S Mahi shared valuable information via his speech regarding HAPPY 77TH INDEPENDENCE DAY 2023. The theme of Happy 77th Independence Day was “Why the Celebration Independence Day in India”.
The youth were encouraged to come forward to maintain unity and integrity of our beloved country India. The students were also intimated about the disaster and honours caused by drug and advised to avoid this big evil. They were instructed to prepare themselves academically and physically to get employment. A lesson on cooperation and support was also given to the students.
In this programme total no of student’s present was 39 and the staff members were also present in this programme. At the end all the students participated in the national anthem.
