With the Heavenly Blessings of Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji( Brahm Ji), under the supervision and patronage of Hon’ble Chancellor Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji and worthy Vice Chancellor Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar, a Workshop on “CO-PO-PSO Mapping and Attainment Methods” was organized on 04/05/2023 by IQAC, SBBS university. Resource person of this workshop was Dr. Satvir Singh, Professor and Head- department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, I K Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. The workshop commenced with welcome note by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur (member IQAC). Starting from Bloom’s Taxonomy, Dr. Satvir Singh explained the CO/PO/PEO/PSO formulation, mapping and attainment methods. The live demonstrations were given to make the audience understand the methods. The expert also emphasized on the importance of CO-PO-PSO mapping in examination. Nearly 80 faculty members including HoDs and CoDs of various departments actively participated in this workshop and discussed the important issues/problems related to mapping & attainment procedures. The queries/issues raised there in by the faculty were addressed by the expert in details. The workshop proved to be very useful for the entire faculty. Finally, the workshop ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Anju Sood, Dy. Director IQAC.
