Extension Activity on “Role of Environment awareness in achieving sustainable Development”

The Electrical Engineering Department, UIET, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU), Jalandhar, organized an extension activity on the topic “Role of Environment awareness in achieving sustainable Development” on 27th March, 2023, at Govt ITI, Hoshiarpur.
The activity was co-ordinated by Dr. Amandeep Singh (Professor, EE, UIET, SBBSU) and Er. Mandip Singh (Assistant Professor, EE, UIET, SBBSU) and five students of the department.
Environmental protection is so vital that each person can make a difference. Whether it’s recycling, lowering carbon footprint, or driving electric cars, there are many ways to reduce pollution. By reducing pollution and keeping the Earth healthy, we can continue to live on the planet for years to come.
Environmental awareness is critical because it can help to minimize pollution and global warming. It can also lead to a more sustainable world by promoting renewable resources such as solar, wind, and water.
Dr. Amandeep Singh has discussed various ways to live sustainably.
The event ended on a note that the students will start living sustainably is healthier, cheaper, and the most responsible choice for the planet.
