The Physical Education Department of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University hosted the Intramural tournament of Softball game this year on February 16, 2023. Students from the Physical Education Department were divided into four houses. The first match was played between Sahibzada Ajit Singh house and Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house and Sahibzada Ajit Singh house won the match with score of 2-0, second match was played between Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house and Sahibzada Fateh Singh house in which Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house defeat the Sahibzada Fateh Singh house by 3-0. The third match was played between Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house and Sahibzada Fateh Singh house in which Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house won the match by 2-1. Finally, the final match was played between Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house and Sahibzada Ajit Singh house, in which Sahibzada Jujhar Singh house won the match by 4-2 and bagged first position and Sahibzada Ajit Singh house came in second position. The third position was bagged by Sahibzada Zorawar Singh house.
At the end of the match Dr. Amarjeet Singh, proposed a formal vote of thanks to the worthy Chief Guest, Mr. Jujhar Singh and all faculty members of Physical Education Department. He also congratulated the conveners of this event, Dr. K.P.S Mahi, Associate Professor and Mr. Prabhjot Singh, Assistant Professor and Incharge intramural Dr. Surinder Kaur for successfully organising the intramural.
