With the Heavenly Blessings of Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji, and under the supervision and patronage of Hon’ble Chancellor Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji and Worthy Vice Chancellor Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar. The Workshop on “Career Counseling” was organized on 09/02/2023 under the guidance of Incharge Promotional Activities Dr. Shalu and in collaboration with all the faculty members of Department of Agriculture. Resource persons of this workshop were Dr. R.K.Nanwal (Prof. Agronomy) and Dr. K.S. Bangarwa (Prof. Plant Breeding). They made the students aware about job opportunities in Agriculture sector and availability of National and international fellowship in Agriculture for pursuing higher studies. M.Sc. and B.Sc. students of Agriculture Department took keen interest in the interactive talk and listened patiently. They also asked many question regarding choosing the future career after graduation and post graduation in Agriculture. In this session all the faculty members of Agriculture Department including C.O.D. Dr. Vijay Singh, Co- C.O.D. Dr. Ajitpal, Professor Dr. P.S.Tyagi, Dr. Manisha, Dr. Meenakshi, Ms. Kamaldeep Kaur and Ms. Renuka, were present make the event successful.
