Expert Lecture through online mode was conducted by the Legal Literacy Club, University Institute of law, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar. Expert Dr Mona Goyal, Assistant Professor, Regional Centre, GNDU, Amritsar has delivered a lecture on “Practice and Procedure in Evidence law”. She has published number of research papers in National and International Journals. She has delivered lectures in various organizations and Universities. She also chaired technical session in National and International Conferences. Total of around 142 students and staff participated in this programme. The guest speaker was heartily welcomed by Ms Navdeep kaur, Faculty member of the Department.
Expert Speaker has explained the basic rules of Evidence to be followed in the Court. Recent case laws are also discussed in the Lecture. In the interactive session quarries raised by the students are well explained by the expert. Vote of thanks was given by the Dr Seema Garg, Dean UIL.
