Lecture on Stress Management

The Department of Management and Hotel Management of University Institute of Commerce and Management, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar has organized “Lecture on Stress Management” “on 31st January, 2023.
Dr. Ramandeep Kaur Chahal, Dean UICM was the Resource Person of the day. She explained how effective stress management helps break the hold that stress has on our lives, so everyone can be happier, healthier and more productive. She said ultimate aim of one’s life should be live a healthy life and balanced life.
In the last session Principal of the School appreciated the efforts of the Dr. Ramandeep Kaur Chahal for sharing her valuable knowledge and expertise with the students.
