The Department of Management and Hotel Management of University Institute of Commerce and Management, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar has organized “Lecture on Gender Equality “on 21st October, 2022.
Dr. (Prof). Ramandeep Chahal, Dean UICM was the Resource Person of the day. She discussed about gender inequality, problems of gender inequality, major reasons for gender discrimination, sexual harassment at workplace. She shared valuable information about the legal provisions that are available for the help of females to get protected from various kinds of discriminations.
In the last session Principal of the School appreciated the efforts of the Dr. Ramandeep Kaur Chahal for sharing her valuable knowledge and expertise with the students.
