Department of Civil Engineering, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar organized an extension activity in the form of “Awareness Program on “Save Earth” in collaboration with NGO (SOCIAL WELFARE AND AWARENESS SOCIETY HOSHIARPUR) and Govt. Sr. Sec School Padhiana, Jalandhar Punjab on 25/05/2022. Department of Civil Engineering showed great enthusiasm in interacting with the students of Govt. Sr. Sec. School and tell the ways how to save the Earth from pollution and other manmade activities and make aware the students to save earth. The students of are university explained preventive measures to save the earth and made them understand about need to protect the earth. Department of Civil Engineering, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar were honoured with Appreciation award for his immense contribution in conducting the event. Nearly 60 plus peoples participated in this activity.
Members of NGO, SOCIAL WELFARE AND AWARENESS SOCIETY and students, faculty of the Govt. Sr. Sec School Padhiana were appreciated the event which is organised and expressed hope that such events will be carried out in future as well.
