The Department of Management (UICM) of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar has organized an online guest lecture on “Intellectual Property Rights” on 18th May 2022 with the presence of hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Dharamjit Singh Parmar, Dr. Ramandeep Chahal, Dean UICM, Dr. Seema Garg, Dean UIL, Ms. Inderpreet Kaur, COD (Department of Management) all faculty members and students. Ms. Kuljeet Kaur (AP Department of Management) inaugurated the session by inviting the worthy speaker Dr. Monika Arora, Assistant Professor in Govt. College for Women, Ludhiana Punjab. The students of BBA, MBA, took active participation in the guest lecture.
Dr Arora, the speaker of the day discussed various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights like Patents, Copyright, Trademark alongwith its implications and procedure for registration. Dr. Arora also handled queries of students regarding IPR.
In the last session, Ms. Neha (AP Department of Management) delivered a Vote of thanks to respected speaker Dr. Monika Arora for sharing her valuable knowledge and expertise with the students. She also thanks hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Deans, Coordinator of Department and all Faculty Members and students for cooperating and supporting the guest lecture.
