Department of Education, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar organized an extension activity in the form of ‘Awareness campaign regarding Mental Health and Physical Fitness for Psychological wellbeing.’ in collaboration with Govt. Primary School, Village Fatehjalal, Jalandhar on 28/04/2022. Department of Education contributed substantially to promote a sense of Mental Health and Physical Fitness for Psychological wellbeing through this activity. Ms. Lakhwinder Kaur and Mr. Anmol Preet Pal Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar were bestowed with Appreciation award for his colossal contribution in conducting the event. The event was attended by 58 students. Dr. Harpreet Singh, Assistant Professor in Punjabi was also present during this event.
Mr. Prabhjot Singh, President, Dashmesh Sports Club, Village Kouhja, Jalandhar appreciated the event and expressed hope that such events will be carried out in future as well.
