Rangoli Competition-2022

Objectives:

• To inculcate leadership and cooperative qualities while working together.
• To express our views in the form of rangoli.
• To inculcate creative, expressive and educational values.
• To improve abstract thinking.
• To convey a message in a colorful manner to save earth

Highlights:

• The Activity Committee, Girls Hostel, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University (SBBSU), Jalandhar, organized a Rangoli Competition (on the Theme Save Earth) on 28th April, 2022.
• A total of 11 students from SBBSU and SBBSIN participated in the competition in 4 different teams.
• The students showcased their creative skills by creating beautiful Rangoli patterns on the theme Save Earth.
• In the end, the competition was won by Team B (Ms. Shaina of ATHM 1st Year, Ms. Neha of BSc. Nursing 3rd Year and Shweta Guleria of BSc Nursing 2nd Year)
• The second position was achieved by Team A (Ms. Shreya and Ms. Turaksha of MSc Agriculture (Fruit Science) 1st Year).
• The third position was grabbed by Team C and D. The participants in both teams were as follows.
Team C: Ms. Varsha Rana of BPT 6th sem, Ms. Eshika of BPT 6th sem. Team D: Ms. Komalpreet of MSc Agriculture (Vegetable Science) 4th Sem, Ms. Jobanpreet Kaur of MSc Agriculture (Fruit Science) 2nd sem, Ms. Ravneet Kaur of MSc Agriculture (Vegetable Science) 4th sem, Ms. Ankita Verma of MSc Agriculture (Vegetable Science) 4th sem. Overall, the competition was a huge success.
