One Day Workshop On Full Stack Development

With the heavenly blessings of Sant Baba Dlawar Singh ji (Brahm ji), and with the benign patronage of our Honorable Chancellor, Sant Sarwan Singh ji and under the spirited leadership of our dynamic Vice-Chancellor, Prof.(Dr.)Dharmjit Singh Parmar and support of Dean Engineering, Director IQAC, Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Dhir, the department of Computer Science and Engineering, University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar organized one day workshop on “Full Stack Development” under the aegis of IIC cell, IQAC cell, UCA club and Capacity Development and Skill Enhancement scheme.

The resource person of the event Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Sr. Project Manager, IBM Certified from O7 Services, Jalandhar gave lecture on Full Stack. Development of both Front End (client-side) and Back End (server-side) portions of the web applications was discussed. How the knowledge of Database is important for a Full-stack Developer and exposure to handling Apache or Nginx servers. Total of 150 students from various semesters of CSE participated in this workshop.

The key takeaway of the workshop was the students were able to understand how full stack developer greatly reduces the time and technical costs of team communication.
