How to deal with negative thoughts?

As the guidelines and directions received from the honorable Supreme Court, regarding the Mental Health programs. Organized an activity related to MENTAL HEALTH (How to deal with negative thoughts?) by Dr. Harpreet Kaur Assistant Professor from the Department of Education on 13 November 2025 at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. Under the Guidance of Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar, Respected Dean Dr. Aneet Kumar and Respected Dean Academics Dr. Vijay Dhir. In this, Students watched a movie related to Psychology “the secret”. In this Activity, a total of 52 Students from B.Sc 3rd(Radiology) and 5 Faculty members participated. This movie aimed to show how the law of attraction works on our thoughts, how to be positive in negative situations and how to deal with day to day hassles. At the end, students also shared their views.
