Highlights: With the blessings of respected Sant Baba Malkit Singh Ji (Founder Chancellor) and Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji), Third Mega Job Fest of the university held on 9th April, 2025 was led by Honorable Chancellor Sant Manmohan Singh Ji and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar Ji, and S. Hardman Singh Minhas Ji (Secretary, SBBSMCS). The program was started after taking permission from Honorable Chancellor Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji to start the Mega Job Fair and commenced with ceremonial lamp lighting. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar, in his address, welcomed the guests and companies and said that students should have dreams in their eyes. To make these dreams a reality, dedication, determination and right direction are required. He said that through this job fair, the youth get an opportunity to prove themselves. On this occasion, Director of the Training and Placement Department, Associate Professor Dr. Jagateshwar Singh and Harminder Singh (Assistant Training and Placement Officer) said that 500 candidates participated in the mega job fair and more than 130 students were shortlisted by 18 mega companies, who were offered a package of up to Rs. 8 lakh per annum. Finally, Honourable Chancellor Sant Manmohan Singh Ji presented certificates of appreciation to the guests and companies present and congratulated their entire teams. On this occasion, Dr. Vikas Sharma, Registrar, Dr. Vijay Dhir, Dean Academics, S. Roop Singh (Deputy Registrar), Deans of various departments, Professors and colleagues were also present.
