Third Annual Prize Distribution

Highlights: With the divine blessings of Reverend Sant Malkit Singh Ji and Revered Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji), and the gracious endorsement of the Chancellor Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji, the third Annual Prize Distribution Function was organized on 4th April, 2025 in which a significant plantation initiative was also undertaken. In this function, 7 Roll of Honours, 3 University Colour, 1 SBBSU Excellence Award and 254 Academic Achiever awards were conferred upon the brilliant and young students. To make this event memorable, a Bud Wood Bank of Aonla (Indian Gooseberry) was established within the university premises, representing a major step toward conserving elite germplasm and promoting sustainable horticultural practices, as a part of green initiative. The Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dharmjit Singh Parmar delivered inaugural address and congratulated all the students. Dr. Sohan Singh Parmar from Canada was Guest of Honour.S. Hardaman Singh Minhas, Secretary, SBBSMCS, and esteemed members of society, Dean Academics Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Dhir, Registrar Dr. Vikas Sharma, Dr. Aneet Kumar, Dean UIE & UIH, Dr. Anil Kumar, Director IQAC, and Mr. Roop Singh, Controller of the Examination and other Deans were also present during the event. This event was held under the supervision of Dr. Indu Sharma in which Dr. Smriti Thakur and Dr. Harpreet Singh managed the stage.
