Internal Complaints Committee in collaboration with Department of Education and Department of Humanities organized a pledge taking ceremony with regard to Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace. A POSH Act pledge is a solemn declaration by an individual to uphold a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment free from sexual harassment, in line with the principles of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Both male and female students as well as faculty members participated in this pledge ceremony and committed not to engage in any form of sexual harassment. Moreover, the pledge reflected an agreement of respecting the personal boundaries and displaying ethical conduct. Few glimpses of the pledge ceremony have been displayed below.
