Activity Report
The Department of Commerce, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, organized an interesting and creative event titled “Mad Over Ads” on 29th October 2025 in Block 7. The competition aimed to enhance students’ marketing and communication skills by encouraging them to present innovative advertisements for different products and services. A total of three teams participated in the competition, showcasing their originality and creativity through engaging and entertaining performances. The evaluation criteria for the event were Creativity, Marketing Strategy, Presentation, and Audience Engagement. Each team displayed great enthusiasm and out-of-the-box thinking in their ad presentations. The competition was judged by Dr. Ayushi Behl and Dr. Ajay Kumar Pathania, who appreciated the participants for their innovative ideas and impressive performances. After a thorough evaluation, Team C was declared the winner of the competition for their outstanding creativity and effective marketing concept. The event concluded with words of appreciation from the judges, who encouraged students to continue exploring their creative and marketing potential. Overall, the competition was a great success and provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their advertising skills.
