Youth festivals play a pivotal role in fostering cultural heritage and instilling discipline among students. As part of its ongoing commitment to holistic education, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University organized the Youth Festival "YUVA 2025" from 21st to 24th February 2025. The festival featured a diverse array of cultural, literary, oratory, and artistic interdepartmental competitions. On the inaugural day of the festival, the Departments of Physical Sciences organized the event titled “Indian Traditional Attire”. The event aimed to celebrate India’s rich tradition of ethnic wear and promote cultural pride among the youth. The event was efficiently conducted under the coordination of cultural coordinators Dr. Sonia Bansal and Ms. Insha Imtiyaz. The ceremony was further honoured by the gracious presence of distinguished guests Dr. Shweta Singh, Dr. Nisha Sharma and Dr. Honey Sharma. All participants were informed about the event rules and guidelines during the registration process. A panel consisting of Dr. Nizamul Haque Ansari and Dr. Daljit Kaur acted as jury members to ensure an impartial evaluation." Medals and certificates were awarded to the top performers in recognition of their outstanding presentations.
