The inter-departmental Essay Writing competition on “The Commemoration of 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Teg Bahadur Ji” was organised by the Department of History and Youth Welfare Department on 17-11-2025. The programme took place with the blessings of Sant Baba Malkit Singh Ji (Founder Chancellor) and Sant Baba Dilawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji), and was organized under the guidance of Honourable Chancellor Sant Manmohan Singh Ji and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dharamjit Singh Parmar. The faculty members of Department of History and Department of Youth Welfare viz. Dr. Hardev Kaur, Dr. Sameer Ahmad Bhat and Ms. Shaina Parmar and Ms. Parveen Kumari from the Department of Education hosted the program. Almost 20 students participated in the program in which Jasnek Saini(BA 3rd Sem) secured the first position, Gurneet Kaur(BA 5th Sem) secured the second position, Gitika Badhan(BA 3rd Sem) secured the third position respectively.
