Objectives

• To create widespread awareness about the importance of conserving energy and reducing energy wastage.
• To educate individuals about the environmental and economic benefits of energy conservation.

Highlights

• The RYB Club, Department of Electrical Engineering, SBBSU, organized an awareness talk on “National Energy Conservation Day” on 4th February, 2025.
• The resource person was Dr. Amandeep Singh, President, Mission K3 (Kudrat Ka Karvan), Hoshiarpur.
• A total of 55 students and faculty members of the EE department attended this awareness talk.
• The attendees were introduced to the concept of energy conservation, energy conservation measures for efficient energy use in order to decrease the energy consumption and prevent energy loss.
