ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON PAPER ART & CRAFT

With the heavenly blessings of Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji) and endorsement of worthy Chancellor Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar, Vice Chancellor, Mr. (Prof.) Rajinder Kumar, Registrar and Dr Vijay Dhir, Dean Academics & all Civil Engineering Department organized One Day Workshop“Paper Art & Craft”on 22/08/2025. Mr. Sanjay Rai, Paper Artist from the NGO “Mehanat Kash Organisation” under the Indian Council of Cultural Relations was the Resource person for this workshop. The civil engineering students had shown the keen interest in this workshop and participated actively. Sanjay Rai had shown his creativity by preparing some paper arts like flowers, garlands etc. from the coloured papers. In this workshop the resource person had informed the students about the best use of the waste papers and newspapers in the house. He also put the idea of decorating the house for birthday celebrations, special days, farewell parties etc.About 20 students had participated in this workshop.The students had bought the handbook of paper art so as to get the help them when they do the paper art. It was a great event and the students were provided with great platform for getting the idea for the best use of the paper.All faculty members of the department had cooperated to make this workshop successful.
