With the heavenly blessings of Revered Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji), the benign endorsement of Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji (Chancellor, SBBSU) and under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Dharamjit Singh Parmar (Vice-Chancellor, SBBSSU), Women Grevience & Redressal Cell, SBBSU (under the aegis of IQAC SBBSU) have successfully conducted Expert Talk on “Women Safety & Health” on 15th September, 2021.
The resource person was Dr. Kernail Singh, .MBBS, MD, Skin Specilist from Adampur.
Expert Talk was commenced with the welcome address by Dr Nisha Sharma, convener, Women Grievance Redressal Cell followed by the lamp lighting and floral welcome of the resource person.
There were 120 female participants from different disciplines of various institutes of SBBSU.
Expert has provided a concrete knowledge about women health.
Expert has addressed different social issues related to women safety and which women face at workplaces.
Resource person have also highlighted the process how to deal with stress, depression and highlighted the significance of meditation and Yoga to deal with such problems.
Lecture was highly informative and a guiding track for women to address different aspects of women safety.
Session was concluded with the Vote of thanks by Dr. Shweta Sharma, Co-Convener Women Grievance Redressal Cell.
