The Department of Management and Hotel Management of University Institute of Commerce and Management, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar has organized “3 Days FDP on IKS and Metaverse Analysis” under the aegis of IQAC and IIC, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. The event was inaugurated with expert talk by the Expert of the day Dr. Ajay Kumar Pathania. The expert of the day has thrown the light on the various aspects of the Indian knowledge system in which the expert discuss about the numerous key highlighted points which plays the important role in mentioned in Vedas, Shastras and Upnishedas highlights the importance of management and finance management into the day to day life as well as in the academic field also.On the second day the expert highlight the various principles and conventions from the various books ancient universities of the India highlighted the principles and conventions of Management and related fields. Followed by the 2nd expert of the day Dr. Ramandeep Singh Mentioned the contemporary methods on the metaverse based analysis. In the techniques the expert highlight that the methods to frame the research based on the mentioned titles.

Conclusion:

This 3 Day Faculty Development Program on IKS and Metaverse Analysis, in this the 2 experts have shared their valuable expertise in the filed of the research. Firstly, Dr. Ajay Kumar Pthania enlightened the faculty and staff with the Introduction about the Indian Knowledge System and the various key points from the Indian Vedas, Shastras etc. Apart from this the FDP taken over by the Dr. Ramandeep Singh and throw the light on the methods and various tool for metaverse data analysis, followed by the compiling the research conclusion. Additionally the expert describe in the detail the role of the future scope and abstract in the research. Lastly Dr. Varinderjeet Singh CoD UICM, facilitate the experts of the 3 Day Faculty Development Program, COD congratulate and appreciate the faculty for their effort and enlightened the staff and faculty with the importance of research and key factors to turn the quest idea into the reality.
