Seminar on Strategies to enhance memory and concentration in studies

With the heavenly blessings of Reverend Sant Baba Malkit Singh ji and Sant Baba Dlawar Singh ji (Brahm ji), benign endorsement of Honorable Chancellor, Sant Baba Manmohan Singh ji, under the able guidance of Respected Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Dharmjit Singh Parmar and with the able support of Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Dhir, Student Council, SBBSU organized a seminar on “Strategies to enhance memory and concentration in studies”. The resource person was Prof. (Dr.) Amandeep Singh (President, Mission K3-Kudrat Ka Karvan, NGO, Hoshiarpur). Following strategies to enhance memory and concentration in studies were discussed:

1. Create time for mindfulness Meditation
2. Stop the distractions
3. Fight and conquer that procrastination
4. Cut back on sugar consumption
5. Engage in physical activities
6. Sleep
7. Train your brain
