Objectives: Library resources are meant to be kept for long periods of time. A primary function of a library is to be an organized storehouse of information. As well as finding very current information, you can also find books that are no longer published and older issues of magazines. The primary focus of the workshop is to teach the use of library resources.
A workshop on 'Use of Library Resources' was organised for Non-teachinng staff in Sant Baba Bhag Singh University on 7th Novemeber 2023. It was conducted in the Central Library under the guidance of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dharmjit Singh Parmar.
Dr.Kiranjeet Kour Bali explained to the participants about use of Library resources. She also told about available material in the Library and use of it in their career progression. It was informed that various books, journals, magazines and books on various subjects are availabe in the Library which can be use by the staff for their career development.
