With the heavenly blessings of Reverend Sant Baba Malkit Singh Ji and Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji) and the benign endorsement of Hon’ble Chancellor, Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (UIET), Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, in collaboration with the Training and Placement Department, organized a Cyber Security Lecture delivered by experts from Ansh InfoTech Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana. The session aimed to provide students with practical exposure to modern cyber security practices and bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
During the lecture, the company’s technical team demonstrated real-life ethical hacking tools and techniques used in the industry to identify vulnerabilities and protect systems from cyber threats. Students were introduced to various types of cyber-attacks such as phishing, malware, and network-based attacks, along with preventive measures and best practices for maintaining digital security. The live demonstrations made the session highly engaging and helped students understand complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Students actively participated in the session by asking questions and discussing their project-related queries with the experts. The interaction helped them gain deeper insights into real-world applications and enhanced their interest in the field of cyber security and ethical hacking.
