With the heavenly blessings of Revered Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji) and with the benign endorsement of our Chancellor Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji & able guidance of respected Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dharmjit Singh Parmar, and under the aegis of IQAC, SBBSU. Department of Physical Sciences, University Institute of Sciences organized an extension activity of Plantation Drive in Daroli Kalan, Jalandhar on 29 September 2025 at 9:30 am onwards, led by the activity Incharges Ms. Arwinder Kaur, Dr. Sonia and 21 students of the department.

• The aim of the activity is to raise awareness among people about tree plantation.
• A total of 21 students and 2 faculty members organized this activity.
• The purpose of tree plantation is to save the endangered environment and to beautify life.
• Trees are valuable gifts of nature and are known as the best friends of human beings.
• As the world faces global warming and environmental issues, tree planting has become crucial.
• The idea was to spread the message that planting trees maintains a clean, eco-friendly environment, reduces pollution, and improves greenery.
• Students, along with villagers, planted saplings at various locations in the village.
