NCC Unit Organizes Independence Day Celebration 2026

The NCC Unit of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University organized the Independence Day Celebration 2026 at the University on 15 August 2026 with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme included the Flag Hoisting Ceremony, National Anthem, NCC Parade, Patriotic Songs, Address by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor and Vote of Thanks.
The NCC Cadets actively managed the ceremonial activities and ensured the smooth and disciplined conduct of the programme. Their participation reflected the core values of discipline, patriotism, leadership, teamwork and national service.
The celebration provided an opportunity for students and staff to remember the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and to reaffirm their commitment towards national unity, integrity and responsible citizenship. The programme concluded successfully with a strong message of patriotism and nation-building.
