Event Report

Introduction

The Department of Civil Engineering organized a Technical Quiz Competition as part of its academic enrichment initiatives. The event was conducted with the aim of promoting technical excellence and fostering a competitive learning environment among students.

Civil Engineering, being one of the core branches of engineering, requires strong conceptual clarity and updated technical knowledge. Keeping this in view, the department planned this quiz competition to encourage students to revisit core concepts and apply their knowledge in a competitive setting.

The Technical Quiz Competition was conducted on 5/2/2026 at Workshop – Civil Engineering Labs, under the Department of Civil Engineering.

Planning and Organization

The event was organized under the guidance of Er. Jeevanjot Singh, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering. The organizing committee consisted of faculty coordinators and student volunteers who actively participated in planning and execution.

The event was conducted by Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Er. Karanpreet Singh, and Er. Navleen Suri, who ensured smooth and fair proceedings.
