Event Report
With the divine blessings of Sant Baba Bhag Dilawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji) and under the guidance of the Honourable Chancellor, Sant Baba Manmohan Singh Ji, and the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Dr. Dharmjit Singh Parmar, students and faculty of the Discipline of Physiotherapy, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, participated in a one-day National Conference titled “Conference Sports Connect 6”, organized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) on 8th March 2025. The theme of the conference was “Shaping the Future of Sports.”
The conference provided an excellent platform for students to enhance their knowledge regarding current trends in sports physiotherapy, recent research advancements, sports rehabilitation techniques, and innovative approaches used in athletic performance enhancement. It also facilitated interaction with national experts, academicians, and clinical specialists.
Students from multiple semesters of the Physiotherapy program enthusiastically participated in both academic and cultural segments of the conference. Their active involvement contributed to holistic learning and professional exposure.
Participation in these activities strengthened students’ confidence, communication skills, creativity, and understanding of professional expectations at national-level academic forums.
