The event commenced with an opening address highlighting the importance of strategic analysis in contemporary business management. A total of 13 teams participated in the competition. To ensure a thorough test of strategic thinking, each team was assigned a unique business case study covering distinct industry challenges, managerial dilemmas, and market scenarios. The teams were allocated time to analyze their assigned business case studies, identify key issues, evaluate potential alternatives, and formulate strategic solutions. Each team presented their analysis before a panel of esteemed faculty members and judges. Participants were judged on their depth of analysis, logical reasoning, feasibility of solutions, presentation clarity, and response during the interactive Q&A session.
In the event the Judges from the department Dr. Pawanpreet Kaur, Dr. S. S. Taggar, Ms. Manpreet and Ms, Simran Kaur critically evaluates the Cases and provide the possible solution on the preliminary round and in the 2 nd session Dr. Ajay Kumar Pathania, Dr. Varinderjeet Singh, Dr. S.S. Taggar and Dr. Manoj Kumar performed the query handling session.
The "DIVERGENT" Case Study Analysis Competition concluded successfully with an engaging valedictory session. The judges praised the high level of preparation, innovative approaches, and practical problem-solving capabilities demonstrated across all 13 participating teams. The event served as an enriching academic experience, reinforcing the department's commitment to experiential learning and innovation.
At the validatory session vote of thanks given by Dr. Gagandeep Singh Salhan, he congratulates the students who participate in the event to present their business ideas, thanks to all the students who present in the hall to seek the information about the various business ideas and business other students running along with their studies.
