Activity Report


The aim of this camp was to create awareness regarding benefits of General exercises and physiotherapy treatment among school-going students and a role of physiotherapist in rehabilitation and also aware about the health issues affecting daily life. Along with that assessment and treatment was also carried out for patients benefit and encouraging them to go for the physiotherapy treatment. The charts and flex were used for demonstration and enhance the importance of Physiotherapy in students. Special physiotherapy techniques such as stretching, strengthening exercises and psychological counseling was also included in treatment services provided by students and faculty of physiotherapy department of Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. Apart from physiotherapy services, students also explained about the mode of therapeutic exercises and techniques for maintenance of proper body mechanics. Dr. Daljit Kaur AP & COD and Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Assistant Professor and Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Assistant Professor Discipline of Physiotherapy, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar were honored with Appreciation award for their immense contribution in conducting the event. This act was appreciated by the School principal, whole staff members as well as students.
