Instructions for Ph.D. Entrance Test June 2023

    1. The Candidates who have qualified the UGC NET/GATE/SLET(Punjab only) and the candidates who have passed M.Phil in Regular mode are exempted to appear in the Entrance Test. However,it is mandatory for candidates to fill the application form online and deposit the registration fee of Rs 2500/- before due date.
    Fill this form with correct information otherwise form will be rejected.

    2. The Candidates will have to deposit an amount of Rs.2500/- as Registration Fee by 15-06-2023. Fee depost link is given below.

    3. The exam will be conducted offline, Timing 10:00 AM on 18-06-2023 (Sunday). The candidates are required to report atleast 30 minutes before the start time of the exam.

    4. Paper I (Research Methodology) will start at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and Paper II (Subject specific paper) will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

    5. The exam will be of 100 Multiple Choice Questions carrying 1 marks each (50 questions will be of Research Methodology and 50 questions will be of concerned subject).

    6. The admit card can be viewed/Downloaded on 16/06/2023 onwards at University website.

    7. The interview of all shortlisted candidates (Also for the candidates who have cleared NET/SLET/GATE) will be announced later on.

    8. The final result of the selected candidates will be declared within week after the interview.

    9.0.25 marks will be deducted for any wrong answer and 1 marks will be given for the correct answer.

    1. Fill the candidate name followed by father's name, mother's name & nationalilty
    2. Fill the gender followed by the catagory
    3. Fill pin number, Email ID, Mobile No., Aadhaar Card No.
    4. Upload the latest passport size photograph (image should be less than 1 MB) and Scanned OFFLINE fee receipt image alongwith its number and date
    5. Fill the complete details of education qualifications.
    6. Check your details properly and click on the submit button.
