With the blessings of reverend Sant Baba Dlawar Singh Ji (Brahm Ji), Sant Baba Sarwan Singh Ji (Hon’ble Chancellor, SBBSU), under the able guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Dharmjit Singh Parmar (Worthy Vice-Chancellor, SBBSU), and support of Prof. (Dr.) Vjay Dhir (Dean UIET), a webinar on the topic “Energy Auditing and Demand side Management" was successfully organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering (under the aegis of IQAC, SBBSU), on 3rd July, 2021.
The resource person, Er. Jagadeeshwar G Shivanagutti (Assistant Professor, Deptt of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Tontadarya College of Engineering Gadag, Karnataka) has discussed energy scenario, different types of energy audits and their methodologies and demand side management planning and implementation.
The webinar was attended by 47 students of the EE/ECE, as well as faculty members of the UIET. The response from the participants was overwhelmingly positive. The session ended with an open house discussion.
